Browser
The platform app.volunteer-vision.com works best with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. For your private computer, you can easily download Chrome here. Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer are not compatible.
Camera settings
Both webcam and microphone must be allowed by the browser. You can do this in the upper right corner of the browser's address bar (please see an example in Google Chrome below). The desired camera and microphone must be selected, e.g. a headset instead of the internal microphone.
