If your mentor/mentee is not online at the agreed upon time, please wait at least 5 minutes before taking action.
After 5 minutes, please try to reach out to your mentor/mentee via phone, WhatsApp or email to see if you can get ahold of them.
If you still cannot reach your mentor/mentee, click on the button 'no show' highlighted in the image below. Your mentor/mentee will be notified that they missed an appointment.
Please follow up with your mentor/mentee to reschedule your next appointment.
