Audio issues often occur when your microphone or your partner's microphones aren't working. You can check whether your microphone is working by playing out music and testing whether you can hear it. The following tips may also help you:

  • Make sure that you are using either the internal microphone of your device or a headset/headphones.
  • Check that the microphone is activated. You can find the microphone settings by clicking the camera icon next to the web search bar. 
  • Reload the meeting room by clicking the orange button above the video.
  • Close your browser and all open tabs.
  • Close other programs like Skype or Spotify and log back on to the platform. Try to call each other.
  • If you are using Windows 10: Please check if the wrong microphone or headset is selected in your system settings under Audio.
