When you can't see or hear your partner, it often helps to change the video provider in the virtual classroom. To do so, please follow these simple steps:
- In the virtual classroom, open settings by clicking on the gear wheel.
- A pop-up will open up. Click on the field labelled 'video'.
- Under 'video' you can switch the provider from Tokbox (works better within companies) to Twilio (works better with private networks). After doing so, please reload the classroom.
