To be able to see your partner your webcam must be approved by your browser, the browser should be compatible with our platform, and you should have a stable internet connection. You can find more information about the browser here: Compatible browsers and camera settings


These tips might also help: 

  • If you are using your corporate network, make sure that the platform has been approved by the IT department. Otherwise, please use a private device and/or guest network.
  • Your webcam must be connected and approved by your browser. You can find the camera settings on the right in the search bar of your browser. Please also check in your system settings that the camera can be used. 
  • Change the video provider. Information on how to change the provider can be found here: Changing the video provider when you can´t see your mentoring partner

  • Close Skype and any other program that may be trying to access your camera.
