If you are about to start your session and can't connect with your partner in the virtual classroom, please send a message to your partner to let them know that something isn't working. 


Instead of canceling the session, you can also connect via WhatsApp, by video, or phone call. WhatsApp can usually establish a good connection, especially in regions with a poor network coverage. Please keep in mind that some users are based in locations with less IT infrastructure which could lead to connection issues. To be able to use the learning material in the classroom again next time, please use the system check in the platform before your session to make sure that everything is working properly.
